Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process. Please do not return items without authorization from our support team.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. In such cases, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received.

Since we operate only via cash-on-delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or other agreed-upon offline methods. Our support team will coordinate refund details with you directly.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate the exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
